Roles and Responsibilities:
Collaborate with sales teams and IT to assess, implement, or optimize sales tools, CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot), and other technologies to support sales operations and maximize productivity.
Create requirements and provide them to the tech team, and conduct UAT. Create as-is and to-be business processes, identify gaps, and propose solution options that align with business goals.
Possess Salesforce platform knowledge as well as various modules such as Sales Cloud, Data Cloud, Marketing Cloud, etc.
Translate business needs to technology and vice versa.
Collaborate with senior leadership and present solutions using different visualization tools such as Visio, PowerPoint, Mural, etc.
Work with cross-functional teams such as finance, marketing, sales operations, contracts management, and IT to identify areas of improvement.
Work closely with PM, tech leads, and business sponsors to ensure projects are delivered on time and with quality.
Learn newer technologies such as AI and newer capabilities offered by Salesforce, and apply them to business strategy leading to PoCs.
Knowledge of JIRA and Confluence to create test scripts and conduct UAT.
Assist with roadmap development and participate in steering committee meetings.
Experience/Exposure:
Experience with CRM systems, Salesforce platform, Sales Cloud, Data Cloud, Marketing Cloud.
Required Skills:
Salesforce, Advanced English.
