Job Purpose
As a Marketing Analyst your primary purpose is to strategize, execute, and analyze marketing initiatives across social media platforms and internal channels. This role plays a critical part in enhancing brand visibility, engaging audiences, and fostering effective internal communication within the organization.
Job Context
The Marketing Analyst operates within a dynamic marketing environment, collaborating with cross-functional teams, content creators, and internal stakeholders to drive social media campaigns, expositions coordination, optimize internal communication strategies and reorganize printed and electronic material as quotes.

Collaborates with: Sales team and UK Marketing Team
Key Accountabilities
1. Social Media Management:
* Develop and execute social media strategies to enhance brand presence and engagement.
* Create, curate, and schedule content across social media platforms.
2. Internal Communication:
* Plan and implement internal communication strategies to ensure effective information flow within the organization.
* Collaborate with internal teams to gather and disseminate relevant information.
3. Content Creation:
* Generate engaging and shareable content for social media channels, considering the target audience and platform dynamics.
* Create content for internal communication, regarding products and solution delivered, including newsletters, announcements, and updates.
4. Analytics and Reporting:
* Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics to evaluate the success of campaigns.
* Provide regular internal reports about sales, agents and salespeople performance;
* support sales team with quote effectiveness analyses
5. Engagement:
* Foster External and internal community engagement on social media platforms through responses, comments, and interactions.
6. Brand Consistency:
* Ensure brand consistency across all social media channels and internal communication materials.
* Work with design teams to develop visually appealing and on-brand content.
* Analyze and improve printed and electronic marketing material to be delivered to clients.
* Improve and maintain clients register at their portals
7. Trend Analysis:
* Stay abreast of industry trends, social media advancements, and internal communication best practices.
* Apply insights to refine and improve marketing strategies.
Qualifications, Experience & Skills
* Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
* 1 to 2 years work experience as marketing analyst
* Proven experience in social media management and internal communication.
* Strong understanding of social media platforms, analytics tools, and internal communication platforms.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Proficient in content creation and graphic design tools.
* Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.
* Creative thinking and the ability to develop innovative marketing strategies.
* Familiarity with social media advertising and paid campaigns is a plus.
