This includes deployment of the strategic plan to your team of team leaders on a daily basis, team leaders' development, tactical plan execution for their teams and guarantee back on track plans when it is needed. In addition, the Sales Operations Coordinator will be responsible for the relationship between internal stakeholders to provide feedback and process improvement recommendations and execution, always driven by customer success and performance sales metrics results.During a Typical Day, You'llSupport the team and team leader with case management, contact and escalation related activities.Proactively work with team leaders to identify issues, concerns or opportunities to improve performance results.Monitor each Team Lead results and support on agents' development, participating actively in driving accessibility to achieve KPIs by 1:1s and PIPs.Utilize applicable customer satisfaction tools/resources to resolve escalated customer concern when requested by team leaders.Collaborate with internal stakeholders such as training and quality team in effort to develop action for covering operational opportunities.Actively listen to the agents' activities to gather proper insights.Hold Team Leaders´ accountable for agents' delivery.Identify and act on opportunities in product knowledge, process innovation and agents' behavior.What You Bring to the RoleHigher education degree or equivalent related experience required.Fluent English and Spanish is mandatory and will be evaluated (written and oral).Experience in sales operations.
