This is your opportunity to go further and impact the future of urban mobility.What We ExpectDefine and drive the end-to-end digital experience strategy, ensuring seamless interaction between IoT-driven service tools and users (technicians, service managers, passengers and customers).Build, mentor, and lead a team of UX/UI designers, researchers, and service designers to create best-in-class digital solutions.Partner with product owners, engineers, and data teams to ensure design informs product strategy and execution.Lead cross-functional workshops and co-creation initiatives with stakeholders to align business and user needs.Establish and scale a design system that ensures consistency across all digital touchpoints.Advocate for human-centered design-led innovation at the leadership level, ensuring design is a core driver of TK Elevator’s transformation.Drive the integration of design thinking into the product development process across teams.Lead by example to guide the UI/UX team through your way of working and by showing applied best practice.Minimum QualificationsMaster degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field. Or significant work experience in this field in a leading digital organization.10+ years of experience in UX/UI design, service design, or digital product design.3+ years leading, mentoring and managing design teams.Solid understanding of design thinking, user-centered design principles and best practices.Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects and a deep understanding of the design process.Excellent communication and collaboration skills – across different disciplines from business to tech to global operations.Proven track record of influencing product, engineering, and business teams through design strategy.Experience within B2B companies bringing digital products with excellent user experience to market.Expertise in enterprise tools, IoT interfaces, or field service applications.Experience with design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe or similar and Agile ways of working.TK Elevator prides itself on being an equal opportunity workplace.
