Job Description
Be the primary point of contact and build long-term relationships with customers
Develop a trusted advisor relationship with a complete understanding of client’s needs
Strategic plan to improve client results
Negotiate contracts with clients and establish the timeline of performance
Collaborate with the sales team to onboard and integrate new clients and develop existing client relationships, maximizing profit by up-selling or cross-selling
Manage communications between clients and internal teams
Work with the operations team (quotations managers, project managers, etc.) dedicated to the same client account to ensure the highest quality delivery and that all client needs are met
Plan and present reports on account progress, goals, and quarterly initiatives to share with team members, stakeholders, and for possible use in future case studies or company training
Resolve client issues and complaints
Analyze client data to provide customer relationship management insights
Ensure our solutions are successfully delivered on time and according to our customer needs and objectives
Keep current clients satisfied, delivering exceptional client service on a day-to-day basis
Qualifications
Education: BA/BS with a specialization in/focus on Social Sciences, Marketing or Business Administration
At least 2 years of experience in the market research industry
Presentation skills
Knowledge and understanding of market trends and changing customer needs
Organizational skills
Desirable knowledge of CRM Systems
Understanding of market indicators such as demand and billing
Knowledge of English or other languages (desirable)
Knowledge of customer reaching platforms such as LinkedIn or Hubspot (desirable)
