Tasks
- Support in the survey of training needs, through the collection of information from the various operational areas, aiming to provide subsidies for the preparation of annual training programs;
- Develop the annual training plan for the operational areas;
- Prepare annual training budget for operational areas;
- Monitor training budget so that it remains under control;
- Support in management reports to monitor the training plan and their respective costs.
- Keeping controls on training activities: courses taken, registration of participants, instructors, expenses, etc.

- Keep training indicators updated;
- Map possible service providers to carry out the necessary training;
- Maintain active partnerships with universities and technical schools in the necessary business lines;
- Gather and organize information about the courses offered in the market and instructors, organizing the hiring process.
- Search and register training entities and providers of instructional materials ;
- Provide continuous improvement in the design of the skills and competencies matrix aiming at ease of use as a management tool;
- Support in the control of KPIs;
**Qualifications**:
- Studying Administration, Psychology, Pedagogy or Human Resources;
- Intermediary English;
- Knowledge of the office suite;
- Desirable experience with operational training;
- Desirable knowledge in process mapping and project management methods.
