**Key Responsibilities**
- Support the development of brand strategy and make it tangible according to different channels vision
- Develop and execute trade promotional activities and incentives to deliver short and long-term brand objectives
- Ensure products availability for sale or use by working collaboratively with the customer and sales team to accurately forecast, resolve supply issues and support the new product launch
- Design customer segmentation using analysis of data gathered
- Manage promotional best practices for key customers
- Analyze the results of customized promotions and prepare reports sales team
- Manage promotional activity marketing expenses and resources to ensure adherence to budget guidelines
- POSM design, production and management
- Lead promotional review of the marketplace to identify learnings and recommendations at each product level (for example, product number, brand, or category)
**Qualifications**
- Education: Complete college degree in Business Administration, Economics, Marketing or Similar
- +2 years' experience in Trade Marketing, Marketing or Commercial roles.
- Advanced English
- Experience in FMCG companies (is a plus)
- Office Package and Nielsen experience
- Written and verbal communication skills
- Attention to details, multi-tasking and problem-solving skills
- Strong teamwork and relationship building skills
