**Eaton is looking for a **Financial Planning Analyst **at our **Mogi Mirim - SP** plant to join our team.**
**She/He will be responsible for**:
Develop, analyze and report containing financial statements and financial results by BU´s and consolidated Operations within Mogi Mirim; Elaborate comparative budget - actual vs forecasted - for managers BU's and Plant Manager; Prepare reports and special assignments requested by the Controller.
**Responsibilities**:
- Develop plant profit plans, monthly forecasts, reports and analysis for plant management, including variance analysis and cost control reporting.
- Ensure accurate accounting and financial reporting to Group and Headquarters, within the established schedule closing;
- Elaborate and analyses of special studies;
- Ensure compliance and enforcement of the Financial Standards established by Eaton, and standards and procedures for internal controls and SOX;
- Provide data and financial information for decision making;
- Maintain and enhance systems for generating information of Profit Plan, Rolling Forecast, Strategic Plan and other financial reports;
- Support BU´s Managers in the correct understanding and interpretation of financial reports and preparing presentation material;
- Prepare analyses of financial forecasts and operating results;
- Monitor actual to budget variances and elaborate reports to reduce GAPs in projections

**Qualifications**:
**Experience required for the position**:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Economics, Business Management or Engineering;
- 3 to 5 years of experience;
- Advanced Excel and Power BI Knowledge;
- Knowledge in Oracle systems and/or ERPs;
- Advanced English;
- Desirable knowledge in US GAAP and BR GAAP
