**Health and Environment Workstream Leader**:

To lead / manage the Health and Environment (H&E) workstream linked to a critical Project Management Office (PMO) within the Bauxite and Alumina division in Hydro.
**Responsibilities**:
Overall
- Identify, plan, implement and resource H&E initiatives;
- Lead / drive the H&E initiatives and resources to ensure on-time deliverables;
- Lead / drive the H&E initiatives and resources to ensure high-quality deliverables;
- Identify, align and escalate key H&E workstream risks and delays to relevant stakeholders;
- Provide clear and concise status updates to key stakeholders, clearly identifying key delays, risks, implications and mitigation actions;
- Design, align and implement mitigation actions to address delayed initiatives and / or address implications arising from ongoing / completed initiatives;
- Review, align, consolidate and clearly communicate key H&E deliverables and implications to key stakeholders;
- Develop and implement a process for validating, approving and communicating the deliverables emerging from the H&E initiatives;
- Support the other workstreams / PMO in delivering on the broader PMO objectives;
- Support the other workstreams / PMO in identifying broader delays, risks and implications:
- Manage and anticipate H&E workstream resources and budget in an effective and efficient manner;
- Develop and manage a detailed project schedule and workplan for the H&E workstream;
- Measure H&E workstream performance to identify areas for improvement.
People
- Develop project governance within the H&E workstream;
- Encourage H&E workstream resources to deliver high-quality, on-time deliverables;
- Encourage a proactive, forward-looking mindset within the H&E workstream and broader PMO;
- Engage H&E workstream resources and other workstreams / PMO to encourage collaboration;
- Manage H&E workstream resources in a robust manner, ensuring the workload is appropriately spread;
- Conduct feedback and review sessions with H&E workstream resources;
- Conduct feedback and review sessions with other workstreams / PMO.

**Qualifications**:
