**Your Challenges**:
- To carry out the recruitment and selection process, aligning profiles with company needs.
- To organize and archive documents in the area to ensure information security.
- To participate in training and seek constant improvements in recruitment and selection processes.
- To provide support in demands related to recruitment and selection, contributing to HR department objectives.
**What You Should Have**:
- Completed or pursuing a degree in Psychology, HR Management, Administration, or related fields.
- Intermediate to advanced English proficiency.
- Proven experience in recruitment and selection, at various levels and regions, adapting to different profiles and contexts demonstrating process management skills.
- Ability to efficiently screen resumes, identifying the most qualified professionals within the Company's parameters and culture.
- Knowledge of maintaining control spreadsheets, keeping accurate and updated records.
- Willingness to provide support to the HR department in various recruitment and selection-related activities.
- ** Ease of communication in English, considering interaction with the manager located in Malta and interviews with people from other countries.**
