Those working as assistants and office support at PwC will provide high-level administrative support to senior executives, including managing their schedules, coordinating meetings, and handling confidential information. You will play a crucial role in maintaining smooth operations and effective communication within the organisation.

The AC Operations Manager is responsible for supporting the AC Operations Director in driving the firm’s strategy of Global AC usage through supporting our BE LOS to take advantage of the capabilities offered by our Global ACs.
Relationship Management
* Address AC-related matters from LoS and ACs, including but not limited to:
* Resource/Demand Management
* Performance Management
* Quality Management
Strategy & Project Management
* Develop and Maintain AC Standard Operating Procedures: including working with subject matter experts as required
* Supporting on strategic initiatives, including providing analysis, coordinating project efforts, and assisting in the development and implementation of key business strategies
* Develop transition plans for new LoS work to the AC:
* Approach to training
* Knowledge transfer
* Ramp-up strategy
* Cut over plan
* Stabilization of new work
* Ensure that the workflow tools that assist in syncing work between the ACs are working effectively
* Support the AC Operations Director on Strategic Projects
Reporting
* Work with the AC Data Analytics lead to ensure standard reporting of capacity vs. demand of AC resources
Other Tasks and Responsibilities as assigned
* Draft communications related to LoS specific AC initiatives
* Draft and support the delivery of AC content for LoS specific conferences, townhalls and webinars
Requirements
* +2/3 years of experience in similar positions
* Digital acumen
* Project Management skills
* Strong communication skills
* Advanced level of English
* Understand the importance of having correct information management
* Knowledge of Information Security and Data Protection
* Correct Information Security Management
