**The Role**
The NetSuite Optimisation Consultant plays a key role in helping our diverse client base get the most out of their NetSuite deployments.
You'll work with our customers and account management team to identify opportunities for improvement and expansion in existing NetSuite customers.
This is a client-facing role and will require regular travel to visit clients at their offices to build rapport and learn about their businesses.
The work will be mainly UK-focused but may also involve some international travel from time to time.
Your industry knowledge and NetSuite expertise will add value to NoBlue2's existing customers and potential new clients as we perform health checks on systems originally implemented by others.
You will understand requirements and the "as is"tify improvement areas aligned with best practice, situation, iden and scope out recommended enhancements and add-ons.
**Main tasks, duties and responsibilities**
- Deliver client health checks (onsite and/or remote) leading to a clearly defined and agreed system roadmap with recommendations for optimising their NetSuite / system landscape.
- Requirements gathering and understanding Client business process for both new business and existing clients.
- Work with Sales and the Delivery Teams to determine best approach to Professional Service offerings based on prospect and scope.
- Build customer relationships: develop close, long-term relationships with customers and work to build loyalty.
- Generate excitement for new or developing products and keep up to date with latest changes, new versions or new functions/modules introduced in NetSuite.
- Facilitate demos and training to help customers implement new products and processes.
- Preparation of implementation estimates based on customer requirements.
- Assist in creating Request for Proposal (RFP) responses and Statement of Works (SOWs).
- Contributing to organisational best practices.
- Other duties as needed to help deliver excellence to our customers.
**Skills / Qualifications** **requirements**
**Essential**:
- Strong financial knowledge such as experience in a Client side Finance role using NetSuite, or prior senior level consulting expertise.
- Ability to perform NetSuite health checks across all areas of the system (L2Q, O2C, P2P, D2B, R2R) and across multiple business verticals.
- Experience of capturing and documenting requirements and playing this back clearly and concisely.
- Experience in translating requirements into a solution design and cost estimates.
- Experience of working in account management, pre-sales or consulting with the NetSuite ERP product.
- Comfortable in presenting to C-Level where required
- Write and review functional proposal content / system roadmaps.
- Able to manage and prioritise your workload in a commercial environment.
- Self-motivated and proactive approach to business.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
**Desirable**:
- Knowledge of 3rd party NetSuite 'Add Ons', such as Zone Advanced Billing and Abacum.
- NetSuite certification.
