KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Achieve the yearly chemical sales target set for the Company.
Develop new customers and maintain existing customers to expand the chemical sales business.
Control QCD (Quality, Cost, Delivery schedule) and inventory.
Collect necessary information from customers, suppliers, and relevant authorities.
Prepare necessary applications and obtain approvals from the concerned authorities.
Control documents and maintain the filing system for the Chemical Sales Section.
Market chemical sales activities in the southern region of Vietnam.
Prepare visit plans and visit reports.
Approach and present information to customers about the company's chemical products and services, including preparation of test plans and test reports.
Prepare and submit quotations to customers.
Maintain and create relationships with customers.
Survey the market and report to the Manager.
Prepare brochures, catalogs of chemicals, and MSDS.
Ensure quality control of all chemicals.
Control purchasing and delivery of all chemicals.
Negotiate with suppliers.
Manage inventory control.
Provide training on safety and chemical handling for delivery staff.
Develop new suppliers and distributors.
Negotiate with customers on price and service to achieve gross profit.
Respond promptly to customer complaints and comments.
Keep on-time appointments.
Coordinate and communicate customer inquiries to the engineering department.
Initiate and improve own work processes and collaborate cross-functionally to achieve company objectives.
Strictly follow chemical laws and make periodic reports to comply with laws and regulations.
Perform jobs assigned by superiors.
