You'll engage with installers, end-users and consultants, building strong relationships to drive product demand.Collaborate with installers, end users and consultants via our distributors to expand our customer base and generate a demand for Paxton products.Engage in regular customer visits to grow customer relationships and support demand generation.Maintain our CRM database by keeping customer profiles and information up-to-date.Producing and recording meeting reports for all business meetings via our CRM database.Deliver commercial and installation training to distributors and installers where required.Pro-actively manage your Outlook calendar with a two-week call plan.Capture potential project opportunities with customers and record information appropriately.Build relationships across the business to identify and develop sales opportunities and utilise Paxton HQ resources.Collaborate with distributor sales teams and account managers to align on strategy and develop productive relationships.Maintain regular communication with your manager and proactively prepare for annual appraisals and quarterly reviews.Covering the KwaZulu-Natal province region.What are we looking for?Knowledge and experience working with access control with a deep understanding of its products and the industry.Previous experience in a similar role with a history of achieving high-level sales targets.Excellent communication skills, a strong drive for success and highly organised.The right attitude is more important to us than your skills or experience.
