Key responsibilities
* Be responsible for the technical work in the project delivery and after-sales service phase according to the company process and contract requirements.
* Respond to customers, coordinate resources, provide technical support and help solve technical problems.
* Responsible for project survey, participate in deepening design, output engineering bill of materials, complete technical and delivery risk assessment and response plan.
* Equipment installation and commissioning for small and medium-style integration projects.
* Maintain a good relationship with third parties such as integrators, in engineering can recommend each other, mutual benefit and win-win progress.
* Support Dahua Hotline suppliers to reach excellence of support feedback to Dahua Customer’s.
Requirements
* Network, communications, computers and other related fields.
* More than 5 years’ related experience in system integrator.
* Basic knowledge of project management.
* Good understanding and knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems, and be proficient in common operating instructions.
* Able to use English as a working language.
* Able to accept business trips during company necessity and certain pressures of work.
