Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for an Administrative Assistant. The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for managing phone calls, scheduling, handling clerical tasks, and providing executive administrative assistance. The role includes coordinating meetings, preparing documents, and ensuring efficient day-to-day office operations.
Qualifications
* Administrative Assistance and Clerical Skills
* Phone Etiquette and Communication skills
* Experience in Executive Administrative Assistance
* Excellent organizational abilities
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software
* Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
* Experience in a similar role is an advantage
