Job Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement a comprehensive digital marketing strategy including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing and content marketing.
• Plan, coordinate and execute industry events, trade shows, conferences, customer events, etc. to maximize brand awareness and help sales capture leads.
• Manage and optimize channel marketing programs to ensure close cooperation with partners and distributors.
• Establish and cultivate strategic partnerships with industry associations and government agencies to improve brand positioning and market influence.
• Communicate with the headquarters Marketing Department to clarify the online and offline activity arrangement every month, every quarter and throughout the year. Identify the support and assistance needed to ensure high quality completion of the event.
• Review and analyze the feedback from the events and channels, provide actionable insights to improve the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.
• Align marketing efforts with business goals and sales targets to drive revenue growth.
Qualification Criteria:
• At least 5 years of experience in marketing are a in the construction or building material industry, roofing material or metal structure background is preferred.
• A bachelor´s degree in business, marketing, architecture, or a related field is preferred.
• Proficiency in English, Spanish and Portuguese can be used as the working language.
• Proven experience in marketing management, preferably in B2B or technology driven industries.
• Strong expertise in digital marketing, channel marketing, and e vent planning and execution.
• Experience in working with industry associations or government agencies, including relationship maintenance, event cooperation, etc.
• Experience in working with distribution customers and business partners, including social media interaction, planning or participating in events, relationship maintenance, etc.
• Familiarity with CRM tools, marketing automation platforms, and analytics tools.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and optimize campaigns.
• Have worked in a multinational company and can adapt to an international and multicultural work environment.
• Strong communication skills, good at communicating with the team, able to put forward your own opinions and suggestions.
