We are searching for the best talent for **IT Lead Scrum Master - SAP Finance/ Tax / EInvoice **to be in **São José dos Campos, Brazil **.
**Purpose**:
We are currently recruiting for an Sr Scrum Master to be part of a fast-paced, innovative and highly visible team. As a Sr Scrum Master, you will be responsible for projects, enhancements and service requests delivery, leading a team of technical experts that performs ERP platform projects, enhancements and support in Finance and Tax areas in Latin America.
**You will be responsible for**:
- As a Sr Scrum Master, you will drive the Agile process and ceremonies as well as facilitate and conduct team continuous improvements.
- Deliver projects and enhancements, assuring the team follows the rules of the Agile framework, helping them to meet their daily objectives.
- Remove impediments in the organization to keep the pace of the Scrum team, also helping to manage the team’s relationships with outside stakeholders.
- Serve as communication liaison between the team and Product Owner, System Architect, Release Engineer and stakeholders.
- Develop people through coaching and by fostering a positive work environment.
- Collect and report progress metrics on a regular basis.
**Qualifications**:
**Mandatory**:
- B.A. /B.S. degree in Information Technology or Business.
- At least 5 years of meaningful work experience in Scrum Master Position.
- Knowledge and experience with Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe).
- Experience leading product backlog preferably using JIRA.
- Ability to think strategically and tactically to resolve problems, prioritize and balance multiple tasks.
- Flexibility in working hours is required (occasional over-time or weekend work).
- Significant experience in managing SAP projects as well as managing project team.
- Experience working with global teams as well as global projects.
- Good teamwork, communication/information sharing and influencing skills.
**Desirable**:
- Scrum/Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) certification.
- English advanced
- Spanish intermediate
