Be responsible for LATAM operations, your team will have end to end responsibility'.
Your team will be responsible for Customer care, Demand planning, Logistics and warehousing
**You are responsible for**
- Develops appropriate supply chain strategy to maximize customer satisfaction at the lowest possible cost
- Facilitate and execute demand planning and demand consolidation with relevant marketing and sales partners
- The goal is to ensure on-time and complete deliveries, from order entry through allocation to final delivery and possible returns.
- Support in performance management using defined KPIs/daily management and initiation of corrective measures (problem solving)
- If necessary, escalation to the supply chain business partner
- Solving problems with order processing in close cooperation with Customer service, Sales,, IWD
- Discussion and resolution of delivery issues using the S&OE Planner.

- Customer care - calls and and order management from DME's and Patient Inquiries
- the Service and Warranty Repair Bench
- Monitors and corrects inventory levels at outside warehouses (3PL) and internally to ensure rotation and maximize working capital
- Online e-shop management to DME's as appropriate
**To succeed in this role, you'll need a customer-first attitude and the following**
- Requires a minimum of 2 years of related experience with a Bachelor's degree (Business, Engineering..)
- Strong customer service skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills with teams and customers
- Ability to manage and influence others that are not direct reports
- Strong confidence to work and influence upper level management
- Languages: Fluent English, Spanish is a plus.
- Effective communication, presentation, analytical & problem solving skills.
