The Role

Key Responsibilities
1. Catalog Management:
o Coordinate product catalog creation and updates on a quarterly basis across multiple markets, including domestic, international, wholesale, and Amazon channels.
o Ensure accurate and up-to-date product information, aligned with current inventory, pricing, and promotional strategies.
o Manage product listings, images, and descriptions, maintaining consistency across all catalog formats and sales channels.
2. Collaboration with cross-functional teams:
o Product
o Merchandising
o Marketing
o Sales
3. Design & Formatting:
o Provide design feedback and guidance on catalog layouts and structure to ensure a cohesive and professional presentation of products.
o Format catalogs for print and digital distribution, and assist in creating supplemental materials as needed.
4. Project Coordination:
o Develop and maintain project timelines for each catalog release.
o Monitor progress, manage changes, and ensure timely completion of catalog creation tasks.
5. Quality Assurance:
o Thoroughly review catalogs for accuracy, completeness, and consistency before publication.
o Troubleshoot and resolve any issues with catalog content or design elements.
Ideal Profile
Qualifications & Experience:
* Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Graphic Design, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
* At least 2 years of experience in ecommerce, project management, or related roles.
* Experience with multi-channel marketing and/or wholesale catalog production is an asset.

* Demonstrated attention to detail and organizational skills.
* Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
* Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
