We are seeking a Digital Advertising - PPC Specialist to manage, run, and monitor ad campaigns for our cloud communication solutions. A successful candidate will have proven experience in tracking and managing paid advertisement budgets, ensuring the best returns on campaigns.
PPC Responsibilities:
* Manage, monitor, optimize, plan, and create PPC campaigns across channels such as Google Ads, Bing Ads, and social media.
* Research and analyze data to identify the most effective keywords and strategies for our PPC campaigns.
* Conduct competitors analysis to identify new opportunities and improve our PPC campaigns.
* Optimize bidding at keyword, placement, device, geographic, demographic, and other levels.
* Create engaging and concise copy to modify ads to boost click-through rates and landing pages to boost conversion rates.
Conversion Tracking Implementation and Troubleshooting:
* Audit, implement, and maintain accurate conversion tracking across all paid campaigns.
* Set up custom conversion events and parameters to align with account goals and ensure accurate reporting.
Google Tag Manager Expertise:
* Build and manage GTM containers to deploy tags, triggers, and variables for tracking user interactions.
* Debug and troubleshoot tag firing issues using tools like Google Tag Assistant and GTM preview/debug mode.
* Optimize GTM setup for scalability and ensure proper data layer implementation.
GA4 Setup and Optimization:
* Configure GA4 properties, events, and goals in line with campaign KPIs.
* Troubleshoot discrepancies between GA4, Google Ads, and other platforms to ensure consistent data reporting.
* Implement enhanced measurement events and custom dimensions/metrics as needed.
Data Accuracy and Reporting:
* Conduct regular audits of conversion tracking, tags, and analytics accounts to ensure data integrity.
* Resolve tracking issues swiftly and effectively.
Collaboration and Communication:
* Work closely with developers to ensure accurate data layer implementation and troubleshoot complex tracking issues.
* Provide actionable recommendations to improve the quality of conversion data and its alignment with business goals.
Requirements/Skills:
* Proven experience as a PPC Specialist or similar role, with a solid understanding of PPC advertising principles and best practices across various platforms.
* 5-10 years PPC experience in SaaS and telecom industries with B2B emphasis is preferred but not required.
* Advanced Proficiency in Google Tag Manager.
* Expertise in Google Analytics 4 (GA4).
* Strong Knowledge of Conversion Tracking.
* Debugging and Problem-Solving skills.
* Basic understanding of JavaScript, HTML, and website architecture.
* Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
* Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
