The Content Strategy & Ops team is looking for a Content and Ops Strategist to support the development of strategic recommendations, analytical and investment frameworks, and programming ideas, in order to serve the company’s content growth and diversification efforts.
The member of this team will be data-driven, synthesizing various inputs (both internal and external) into strategic plans for the region in one of our priority verticals (Sports, Music, Entertainment, Gaming, Education, Lifestyle, amongst others). This person will have strong knowledge of the content ecosystem and content platform landscape as well as be familiar with metrics and KPIs of tech companies. Specific tasks will include content valuation and engagement forecasting, program planning and green-lighting analyses, ROI modeling and measurement, and competitive industry intelligence.
**Responsibilities**:
- Work to further develop regional strategic recommendations, analytical and investment frameworks, and programming ideas in line with global strategies,
- including content valuation and engagement forecasting, program planning and green-lighting analyses, ROI modeling and measurement, and competitive industry intelligence.
- Work with regional BI to monitor regional/local content ecosystem, improve the diversity of in-app content, give feedback/guidelines to user operations to acquire the right content needed in the community.
- Drive creator strategy and alignment to drive content creator satisfaction, growth, and retention and translate them into initiatives leading to product execution
- Research regional/local market trends as well as user insights to leverage them into impactful marketing activities.
**Requirements**:
- Experience working at a top management consulting firm, investment bank, private equity firm or hedge fund.
- Knowledge of content business or business development at a media/entertainment/tech company, familiarity with the media/entertainment industry and competitive landscape as well as an informed perspective on the future of content creation and consumption.
- Strong analytical skillset in complex strategy analysis, with strong writing and presentation skills to synthesize data and translate complex ideas into clear recommendations
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
