Minimum qualifications:
- 8 years of experience with partner management and technology business
- Experience as a people manager, leading and developing teams
- Ability to speak and write in English and Portuguese fluently
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience in leading exceptional indirect business/channel management teams
- Experience working with partners to expand product adoption among enterprise customers, increase usage, and scale services
- Knowledge of ad technology, including media buying and analytics
- Knowledge of marketing technology, including Google Solutions (e.g., Ads, Google Marketing Platforms, Google Cloud Platforms)

As a Head of Partnerships, you will be at the forefront of innovation in digital marketing (i.e., Data, Analytics, Privacy, Google Cloud, Machine Learning, etc.) and contribute to shaping its future. You will lead a highly skilled and diverse team to grow the business and the adoption of Google’s enterprise marketing technology across our largest partners and agencies. You will build and maintain relationships that enable those partners to drive digital transformation in the market, creating new business models, and service offerings through our Data and Technology solutions. You will collaborate effectively with Large Customer Sales, gTech, and Go-to-Market leadership to scale our business, increase coverage and expand our offer. You will lead the Platforms business in the region.

We enjoy a bird’s eye view on the massive transformation occurring as advertising shifts to mobile and online platforms. We're uniquely situated to help shape how companies grow their businesses in the digital age. We advise clients on Google's broad range of products across search, video and mobile to help them connect instantly and seamlessly with their audiences.
**Responsibilities**:
- Lead a team who builds, manages and enables a healthy partner ecosystem able to sell, implement, and operate our solutions with proficiency, and at scale.
- Work collaboratively with local and global teams across varying functional areas to design and land our regional Partner First Strategy and the programs to support it.
- Develop and maintain C-level relationships with partners, becoming a trusted advisor on how to leverage the best of Google technology to deliver business growth for them and their customers.
- Be an thought leader by building, disseminating and leveraging a deep knowledge of the overall ad/martech ecosystem, Google Marketing Platforms, and Google Cloud solutions for marketing.
- Be an active contributor of the LATAM Platforms Leadership Group, responsible for managing, growing, and transforming our business in the region.
