We’re hiring aRegional Marketing Headto drivefull funnel marketingacross demand generation, events, ABM, partnerships, and community engagement forLATAM (mostly Brazil).This role will ownmarketing strategy, execution, and pipeline growth, ensuring a direct impact on revenue.Key Responsibilities
Ownregional marketing strategy, aligning with revenue goals and market priorities.
Drivepipeline growththroughABM, events, digital, and partnerships, owning MQL, SQL, and marketing sourced revenue targets.
Localize global marketing campaignsto fit regional market dynamics and cultural nuances.
Partner with global marketing to co-create messaging, campaigns and campaign collaterals
Plan and executehigh-impact events, conferences, and industry engagementsfor maximum ROI.
Build and scalepartner marketing programswithresellers, channel partners, tech alliances, and industry bodies.
Developthought leadership and brand visibilitythrough PR, content marketing, and awards.
Build and growcommunity engagement programs, fostering relationships with key customers, partners, and influencers.
Leveragedata & analyticsto track performance, optimize campaigns, and manage budgets effectively.
Work closely withSales, Customer Success, Product, and Finance teamsto ensure alignment and impact.Who You Are
5+ yearsinSaaS marketing (preferably from Series A/Series B SaaS company), with expertise indemand generation, ABM, and field marketing.
Proven track record ofscaling marketing impact and driving pipeline growth.
Strong experience inevents, partnerships, and digital marketing.
Data-driven, strategic thinker with execution excellence.
Comfortable working infast-paced, high-growth environments.
