The Senior Project Manager will be responsible for defining project objectives and scope, managing implementation activities, and ensuring project deliverables are completed on time and within budget. This involves applying expert understanding of customer-facing documentation, establishing positive relationships with customer staff, and executing project communication strategies.
In this role, you will define project scope and deliverables, including creating baseline project schedules and budgets, and developing contingency/recovery plans. You will also negotiate with customers to set and manage expectations, manage conflicting customer requests, and identify the need for change or development of new processes.
