**Eaton is looking for a SCM Manager at Porto Feliz **- SP **to join our team.
**
**She/He will be responsible for**:
Managing all the key supply chain related functions being responsible for purchasing, materials planning, SIOP, production scheduling, inventory and warehouse management, import & export, shipping and receiving, customs and trade compliance, supply chain optimization, supporting effectively our customer service and project areas to meet Sales and Inventory objectives, in accordance with the supply chain management operational directives and guidelines, as well as support and actively drive Hi-5 targets focusing on safety, quality, delivery and inventory management.
**Responsibilities**:
- Define policies for developing and controlling production schedules and inventory levels based on sales forecasts and other commitments in order to balance production with customer requirements.
Leads the SIOP (Sales Inventory and Operations Planning) function.
- Create processes that will allow material planning to determine materials requirements needed to meet production schedules, inventory levels, and shipment demands to achieve on-time delivery targets and inventory management requirements.
- Ensure that company standard procedures and corporate directives and guidelines are followed in connection with negotiation and purchases of materials and services, in order to maximize profit and minimize company exposure.
- Analyzes and evaluates inventory and delivery problems to recommend and/or implement solution to optimize inventory levels and customer service.
Arranges for the sale of scrap, obsolete, surplus material, and by-products in order to minimize excess material.
- Define targets for direct materials cost-out on sourcing projects.
Manage supplier price increase requests, in order to keep the minimum cost but also keep healthy relationships with suppliers
- Plan and organize activities of the supply chain department to best utilize personnel to achieve short and long-range goals.
Administer controls on receipt and acknowledgement of materials and supplies and the maintenance of purchasing records to optimize inventory levels.
- Drive logistics process improvements, developing an optimal material flow to support customer requirements.
Support the sales organization on costing the best logistics solution for special projects, based on reducing costs and lead times.
- Develop and control standard metrics according to Eaton policies, focusing on the achievement of all Hi-5 goals, and promote continuous improvement process to achieve the metrics in a sustainable manner.
- Control logistics, purchasing spending and warehousing costs in the region, as well as main responsible for the cost-out projects in the region.

**Qualifications**:
**Experience required for the position**:
- Bachelor's degree in Administration or Engineering.
Post Graduation desired
- Fluent English and Portuguese; Spanish desired.
- Extensive years of combined experience in Purchasing, Logistics, Materials and SIOP (Sales Inventory and Operations Planning) functions.
- Proven working knowledge of Logistics and Planning Processes, Inventory Management, Materials Management.
- ISO9001 and ISO14001 Knowledge
- Deep ERP Knowledge
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
- Analytical and Problem Solving Skills.
