We are seeking a Sales Operations Manager to build and optimize our sales processes, reporting structure, and performance tracking from the ground up. This role requires a strategic and analytical mindset, with the ability to align sales execution with business goals and structure data-driven decision-making.
A key responsibility will be the development and implementation of a Sales Playbook, covering Inbound and Outbound strategies to drive consistency, efficiency, and revenue growth. This role will work closely with Sales, Marketing, and Finance to optimize lead management, sales forecasting, and performance analysis.
Requirements: Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field.10+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Sales Excellence, or Business Operations, preferably in a B2B environment.Key Responsibilities: Sales Operations & Performance Management: Develop and implement sales dashboards to track pipeline performance, conversion rates, and revenue trends.Define and monitor key sales KPIs, ensuring data-driven decision-making.Optimize CRM usage (HubSpot, Acumatica) to improve forecasting, reporting, and sales efficiency.Identify and eliminate bottlenecks in the sales process, enhancing productivity and customer engagement.Sales Playbook Development (Inbound & Outbound): Build and implement a Sales Playbook that standardizes processes, messaging, and workflows for both Inbound and Outbound sales.Define best practices for lead qualification, follow-up cadences, and closing strategies.Develop and optimize outreach sequences, email templates, and call scripts to improve outbound sales effectiveness.Work with Marketing and Inbound Sales teams to ensure a seamless handoff of inbound leads to outbound teams.Sales Strategy & Enablement: Align sales operations with business goals and revenue targets.Develop training materials and onboarding programs to improve sales team performance.Collaborate with leadership to define performance frameworks.Support the commercial team with training, onboarding, and best practices to improve sales effectiveness.Data Analytics & Business Insights: Analyze sales performance, pipeline numbers, and revenue drivers, turning raw data into actionable insights.Automate reporting tools using Excel, Power BI, or Tableau for real-time performance tracking.Support revenue forecasting through historical analysis and predictive modeling.
