Works and leads technical project management across region and key local-regional and global interfaces to bring the technical solutions in terms of materials and new products on mid-term.
Works in a multi-cultural environment, being a key interface between the technical and commercial teams to land innovation projects, sustainability and owning the technical compliance assessment (product safety, regulatory compliance, functionality, substantiation and any kind of technical validations) to ensure that all new products and specifications meet the required standards and consumer and business expectations, delivering superior and profitable products.What you will doWorks in a multi-cultural environment coordinating and collaborating with key interfaces according to our B&B.Works with internal teams, including initiatives, developers, engineers, marketing, manufacturing, and innovation looking to make technically feasible the different products and develop new solutions to feed the innovation funnel according to business plan.Participate and drive technology enabling in the exploration and ideation process to find the right technical solutions to relieve consumer pains and business needs.
Initial prototyping.Understand consumer needs/pains and translates them into technical product solutions.Evaluates and deals with technical risks and building plans to mitigate them.Develops product specifications and update related technical documentation for innovation projects, being at the forefront of the creation and maintenance of product documentation.Creates and defines success criteria for product testing, substantiation and development within the innovation process, jointly with R&D, regulatory and initiatives teams.Drives PSA, IP, and Regulatory assessment to fulfill all the new product requirements according to local legislations and global policies, to ensure that all products meet the requirements accordingly.Find technical solutions across internal (global/regional teams) and external (suppliers, etc.
), to deliver the best product solution for the innovation projects.Identify new materials, technologies, or ways of making our products to innovate in our categories.Participate in the capex development process to define with technology and initiatives teams the requirements for new technology implementation.Lead technical project implementation where required in the desired geographies/cross-supply for new products and roll-outs.Who You AreProfessional background for the TPM Coordinator position: Industrial Engineering, Chemical, Mechanical Administrative or similar, with teamwork skills, competence, openness and leadership; at least 2 years of experience in Marketing, Product Development or Materials positions.The role requires the ability to adapt to changing and challenging scenarios, problem solving and holistic vision of the business.Advanced level of English.We are looking for an outstanding professional, who will integrate effectively and quickly into Essity's team and culture.
