Technical Program Delivery - Senior Manager
Job Summary:
We are seeking a seasoned Senior Manager to lead our Technical Program Delivery team. This individual will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating digital projects, ensuring successful delivery within budget and timelines.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead cross-functional teams through complexity, demonstrating composure in ambiguous, challenging, and uncertain situations.
Develop and transmit clear, impactful, and engaging messages that tell a holistic story.
Apply systemic thinking to identify underlying problems and/or opportunities.
Validate results with clients, share alternative perspectives, and act on client feedback.
Drive Agile transformations, designing and implementing tailored strategies to address client-specific challenges, industry nuances, and organizational cultures.
Maintain deep understanding of Agile metrics and ability to interpret them to drive continuous improvement.
Foster inclusive environments, promoting emotional regulation, empathy, and influence among team members.
Requirements:
7+ years of experience in digital project management, Agile methodologies, and software product development.
Proven track record of coaching teams, Product Owners, Scrum Masters, and senior executives in Agile principles and practices.
Strong skills in change management strategies, ensuring smooth transitions for teams and departments adopting Agile.
Familiarity with Agile tools such as JIRA, Trello, and Rally, as well as modern product management techniques that integrate seamlessly with Agile.
