About the role:
The SEO Account Manager will be responsible for managing and executing SEO strategies for the clients. This role involves keyword research, on-page and technical SEO optimization, content strategy development, and regular performance analysis. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with clients and internal teams.
Responsibilities
1. Conduct local SEO keyword analysis and provide keyword suggestions based on clients’ target countries and cities.
2. Generate blog topics aligned with client objectives and industry trends.
3. Set up and manage keyword tracking in SEMrush or similar tools.
4. Develop compelling, optimized text for landing pages.
5. Review and analyze monthly SEO reports generated by SEMrush, providing insights and recommendations.
6. Audit and optimize meta titles and descriptions for SEO best practices.
7. Review and refine product titles and descriptions for SEO optimization.
8. Implement changes to product titles and descriptions based on keyword research and client goals.
9. Develop market-specific landing pages to enhance client website performance.
10. Conduct research to identify page-ranking opportunities for clients.
11. Create and optimize Alt tags for images.
12. Perform competitor analysis to identify areas for improvement and opportunities for growth.
13. Create detailed blog outlines for writers, ensuring alignment with client goals and SEO strategy.
14. Enhance and optimize existing blogs for improved rankings and engagement.
15. Conduct keyword research and audits to refine strategies and identify opportunities.
16. Add targeted SEO keywords to client webpages for better search engine visibility.
17. Collaborate with clients to select the best keywords for backlink strategies.
18. Develop outlines for new evergreen pages to support long-term SEO goals.
19. Analyze and review Google Analytics and Google Search Console data to monitor performance and suggest improvements.
20. Experience with Google Ads is a plus, especially in assisting clients with paid search campaigns.
Requirements
1. Proven experience in SEO account management or a related role.
2. Strong knowledge of SEO tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, Google Analytics, and Google Search Console.
3. Familiarity with on-page, off-page, and technical SEO best practices.
4. Experience conducting keyword research and developing effective content strategies.
5. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
6. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with an emphasis on client collaboration.
7. Detail-oriented and highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
8. Knowledge of Google Ads and PPC strategies is a bonus.
