We take immense pride in serving a diverse clientele, encompassing over 70 automobile brands from all over the world.**Main Tasks**Being a “window person” in Brazil to supportus on project requests (“project management”, that meansProject/Ing/Commercial/Purchase/…).Participate in daily meeting and beresponsible for supplier actions, risk management, mainly schedule which is theMUST project.Know-How supplier to provide quick technical answers for project convergence (CAD data, Style surfaces, Archi,Design, Feasibilities, etc.).**Responsibilities**1. Customer demand management● Collect and analyze customer technical specifications (such as digital models, drawings and quality standards) and delivery requirements, organize internal review and confirm the feasibility.● Lead customer technical meetings, answer questions and promote closed-loop management of demand changes.2. Project management● Track the project development plan (APQP process) formulated by the project management department, and track the node delivery.3. Product design support● Participate in product design review and put forward feasible optimization suggestions based on customer needs.● Cooperate with the design team to complete 3D data checking, tolerance analysis and CAE simulation verification to ensure that the design meets the customer's functional and appearance requirements.4. Process technical support● Evaluate the feasibility of key processes, help solve process anomalies in the early development stage, and promote process parameter optimization and yield improvement.5. Communication and coordination● Regularly report the project progress to customers (such as stage review report and problem solving 8D report) to maintain customer trust.● Establish internal information sharing mechanisms (such as cross-departmental regular meetings and collaborative platforms) to ensure information transparency and rapid response.6. Problem solving and closed loop● Lead the analysis of customer complaints, and promote the root cause investigation (such as size out of tolerance and appearance defects) and the implementation of corrective measures.● Summarize project experiences and lessons, and optimize internal processes (such as design specifications and process standards).**Preferred**1. Educational background● Bachelor degree or above, major in mechanical engineering, vehicle engineering, material forming or related.2. Work experience● More than 5 years experience in automobile exterior parts industry, with at least two experiences in project management, product design or process technology.● Familiar with IATF 16949, APQP, PPAP and other automotive industry standards and tools.3. Skills requirements● Professional skills● Proficient in 3D design software such as CATIA/UG, and master Moldflow mold flow analysis or similar tools. Familiar with injection molding, various connection technologies, various welding technologies, painting technologies and other process parameters and common defect solutions.● Skillful use of Project management tools such as Project and JIRA, and ability of cost and schedule control.● General skills Excellent cross-cultural communication skills (if you need to connect with international customers), and can accurately transmit technical information. Low pressure resistance, good at multi-task parallel processing and conflict coordination.4. Language ability● Portuguese as the mother tongue is better for communication, and English can be used as the working language.
