Responsibilities:Develop devices and machining of complex and semi-complex parts at the bench.Machine parts on conventional lathes (punches, dies, gauges, internal and external threads, as well as profiles).Adjust parts and assemble sets and blocks and progressive dies used in stamping parts.Fabricate gauges with hundredths and thousandths tolerances.Develop devices aimed at reducing tool execution time and increasing productivity.Ensure continuous improvement in machining processes.Turn complex and semi-complex parts with hundredths and thousandths precision, including drilling threads, radius conformity, geometric shapes, angles, and pulls, as well as internal and external figures, roughing, and finishing dies and punches in general.Take molds and perform necessary measurements of profiles in general.Ensure the quality of all executed services.Promote, validate, and continue working on complex or non-complex parts on conventional lathes.Adjust parts and assemble dies.Read and interpret mechanical assembly drawings.Knowledge and mastery of measuring instruments.Master sharpening drills and tools in general.Act preventively and, in some cases, correctively on the equipment.Ensure 5S in the work cell.Desired Qualifications:Technical course in related areas; Mechanical Machining; Kanban; Reading and Interpretation of Technical Drawings; Organization; Flexibility; Teamwork.
