Take a Look Into Your Future at Pacifica Continental
As a Business Intelligence Analyst, you will have a key role in developing our data-driven mindset and supporting diverse business-related strategies, as well as helping in the data architecture of the company and developing new automations/dashboards to provide business scalability.
Responsibilities:
1. Develop analytical dashboards in Power BI and improve our Microsoft Fabric environment.
2. Develop automations to gain business scalability, such as reviewing internal procedures and looking for procedures that can be automated with Python, Power Automate, or any other tool.
3. Extraction, transformation, and Load routines; develop our OLAP environment and data warehouse.
4. Develop Queries and monitor the OLTP environment.
5. Look for insights into company trends to help the Management team add value to business strategy and growth with analytics dashboards.
6. Create reports to monitor business effectiveness and capture the evolution of the business using our internal databases.
7. Contribute to organizational strategic planning as a focal point of data-driven information.
8. Lead sales calls with offices worldwide, providing commercial inputs, and be a focal point for LATAM operational teams analyzing sales databases.
Requirements:
1. Soft skills or educational requirements: Ending or having a bachelor’s degree (Bachelors in Technology, Engineering, or Business Administration are preferred).
2. Fluent English is a must (You will talk every day in English; it's an international team from mixed countries. Therefore, only apply if you are comfortable working in English).
3. Business-oriented mindset; ability to work independently, with ownership of the area and orienting other members of the area.
4. Motivation to work in a multicultural environment; ability to handle confidential information; good communication skills.
Hard Skills & Knowledge:
1. Must have on tools: Excel and Power BI (Intermediate/advanced level); Power Query (Intermediate).
2. SQL Server Management Studio (Intermediate); (T-SQL) Figma (Intermediate); Must have on languages: T-SQL (Intermediate level).
3. Python (Basic/Intermediate level); DAX (Intermediate level); M (Basic/Intermediate level).
4. Not mandatory but is a plus: Azure - SQL Relational databases; Azure Virtual Machines; Azure Web Apps; Power Apps; Power Automate; SharePoint; Postman; API Requests; Microsoft Fabric; Hubspot; Apollo.
