As a Digital Solutions Consultant, you will build and maintain strong relationships with our extraordinary customers.
The Role
You will be responsible for ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction by delivering prescribed technical services designed to help them maintain operational health and increase their investment in Adobe Experience Cloud solutions.
Maintain regular communication with both external and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities
* Be a central point of contact for your assigned customer accounts.
* Engage with Director and VP-Level executives to translate business needs into technical plans.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Adobe Customer Success Management, Managed Services, Engineering, TechOps, Product Management, Support, and Consulting practice to address issues and requests.
Requirements
* Bachelor's Degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
* At least five years of full-time experience in consultative roles or customer support in marketing technology.
* Exceptional customer focus and abilities.
