Job Description
To efficiently manage the Maintenance department, ensuring the achievement of departmental goals and the maximum efficiency and availability of production equipment and related facilities. This includes maintaining optimal operation and maintenance costs while upholding high standards of quality, safety, and environmental protection.
Responsibilities
1. Supervise a work team, guiding the execution of routines, based on the company's culture, contributing to its technical and behavioral development.
2. Respond for the formation of your team, selecting the people most adhering to the technical and behavioral requirements, respecting your budget, approved staff, and current policy.
3. Manage your team's consequence plans, in order to correct behavior deviations and/or recover performance, including the application of disciplinary measures or preparation of a recovery plan to reverse possible dismissals.
4. Manage replacements of people on your team, following existing processes.
5. Manage the movements of your team (merits and promotions), respecting your budget, approved staff, and current policy.
6. Conduct organizational changes.
7. Execute the action plans in your area, monitoring the results.
8. Multiply knowledge by providing training.
9. Comply with BRF Sustainability Policy guidelines, ensuring adherence to BRF Sustainability Plan through activities that promote compliance with the indicators and global ESG (Environmental, Social and Governance) commitments of the Company.
10. Foster a culture of sustainability, encouraging team members to promote management and compliance with the Company's global ESG indicators and commitments.
Academic Background
Graduated in BE in Electrical, Mechanical or equivalent.

Experience

- Knowledge of tools for people management.
- Knowledge in organizational culture.
- Fluency in English – Portuguese or Arabic can be an advantage.
- Minimum 5 years of experience preferably in FMCG or related field with experience in leading teams.
Action oriented, manages complexity, drives results, plans and aligns, directs work, ensures accountability.
