Focus on achieving the highest sales potential for each event and maintaining full venue capacity.Sales & Marketing Optimization: Take ownership of the entire sales funnel, from strategy design to execution. Focus on optimizing sales channels, including ticket platforms, to enhance sales and reduce acquisition costs.User Acquisition & Retention: Design and oversee strategies for user acquisition and retention. Collaborate with agencies to implement digital acquisition campaigns, leveraging channels such as social media, paid media, and email marketing.Data-Driven Decision Making: Collect, analyze, and automate data from various ticketing platforms. Use business intelligence insights to drive commercial actions, track sales performance, and identify opportunities for improvement.Marketing Analytics: Focus on marketing performance analysis, including sales tracking, campaign optimization, and A/B testing. Develop insights that help drive ticket sales through different marketing channels.Collaboration with Multidisciplinary Teams: Work closely with Marketing, Production, and Finance teams to align strategies, ensure proper execution, and achieve commercial goals.Channel Optimization & Customer Retention: Drive strategies to maximize customer lifetime value (CLV), improve conversion rates, and ensure effective customer retention through optimized sales channels.WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FORMinimum of 3 years of experience in commercial analysis, growth, and/or marketing. Ideally in the entertainment, technology, or consumer goods industries. Familiarity with ticket sales and platform analysis is a plus.Strong understanding of digital channels such as social media, paid media, and email marketing. Experience with platforms like IG Ads, TikTok Ads, and Google Ads is required.Commercial intelligence & sales focus: A passion for using data to drive sales strategies. Ability to turn data into actionable insights that directly impact revenue and sales performance.Strategic, Proactive, and Results-Oriented.Marketing-Focused Analytical Skills: Advanced analytical skills with expertise in using tools like Excel, Google Sheets, Tableau, or Power BI to analyze data and drive decision-making.Solid understanding of marketing performance metrics, A/B testing, sales optimization, and marketing campaign analysis. Familiarity with platforms such as Google Analytics, Meta Ads, or similar tools is preferred.Leadership & Collaboration: Experience managing projects, leading initiatives, and collaborating with diverse teams.
