We are a big family that works together to grow the company, nationally and internationally, exploring new markets and developing increasingly innovative products.To support our rapid growth, we are now recruiting our South America Sales Manager to expand our EveryBody Tech’ Revolution.THE POSITIONAn outstanding South America Sales Manager is required to help shape & support the next chapter of growth by taking ownership for and delivering on the sales management of the countries involved.He/she will be a team player with a ‘can do’ attitude, capable of working with minimal supervision and above all a businessperson who understands how to navigate the waters of short-term business trade-offs for long term strategic benefit to the P&L.A sales position at the frontend of Cecotec’s transformational journey. Direct report to the Global Expansion Director and working in a matrix organization with industry, channel and support Teams.The individual will be responsible for the onboarding and the management of exceptionally high performant distributors and/or direct Strategic Retailers that wish to have a direct relationship with Cecotec.RESPONSABILITIESSurpassing budget/driving revenue growth at Distributors/Accounts through the execution of close partnership strategies combined with 360° consumer-oriented sales & marketing approaches.Build strong relationships & work with cross-functional teams throughout the organization to deliver against Sales and Profitability Targets (Brand/Trade Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain, Channel/Industry sales, After Sales, Compliance & Legal).Identifying/launching/conducting efficiency projects within the zone.Leadership role in creating and executing distributor/retailers-level multi product lines annual forecast, business plans, promotional plans.Direct marketing tactics if required.Accountable to build and update sales forecasting plan monthly.Daily Monitoring of performance by market, by product, in relation to budgets and each distributor/retailer specifically.Align with Cecotec internal teams regarding customer solicitation timing, materials, and needs.Manage promotional activity to maximize ROI and anticipate far in advance key events.Comprehensive understanding of Accounts P&L & specifics.REQUIREMENTS5Y+ of partner-based sales management acquired within the zone and /or Retail.Online and multi-channel strong Sales Experience.Successful commercial negotiation expertise in Household Appliances or fast-moving “ABC” consumer goods experience.Experience with and knowledge of EU retailer trade environment essential (physical and digital).Excellent commercial skill set, astute negotiator to maximize Cecotec growth.Other European languages are a plus.The role can be based in any of the countries in South America or Central America.If you are looking for a dynamic environment, with high growth potential and a close family atmosphere, this is your chance to join us!Seniority levelAssociateEmployment typeFull-timeJob functionGeneral Business, Sales, and Strategy/PlanningIndustriesAppliances, Electrical, and Electronics Manufacturing
