We are hiring the best talent for **STRATEGY PROJECT ANALYST** to be located in **SAO PABLO** (Relocation Not Applicable / Applicable).
**Purpose**:
Our Medical Devices business segment produces a broad range of innovative products and solutions used primarily by health care professionals in the fields of orthopedics, neurological disease, vision care, infection prevention, cardiovascular disease, and aesthetics.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Support and Leadership of the implementation of new solutions in strategic accounts
- Assure outstanding skill quality in client interactions, in which direct and clear communication is a must
- Implement end-to-end projects execution, defining the timeline definition and the development of projects deliverables and required documents
- Develop plans for the execution of new initiatives and transform collected data into useful insights for process improvement
- Establish relationships with several internal customers, by keeping constant communication with them and establishing a 'working network' to exchange information, follow up on activities and test for ideas
- Use initiative and independent judgment to analyze and tackle problems
- Make the vital decisions to carry out own job responsibilities and meet primary goals and objectives, as well as evaluate and raise sophisticated issues and / or problems to the manager

- Project management and execution of projects
- Good understanding of healthcare systems and / or hospital administration
- Microsoft Office skills are required with an emphasis in sophisticated Excel
- Sense of urgency with ability to work autonomously and efficiently
- Strong understanding of business statistics and data analysis
- Organization and orientation to details
- Ability to think analytically to understand sophisticated problems, drive hypothesis, conclusions and recommendations
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Sophisticated English and Portuguese
- 1-2 years of experience in a similar role
- It is a nice to having a knowhow in Agile Methodology

- BS in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, Economics, or similar
