Responsibilities:
* Design and implement secure and scalable solutions using Azure AI services (Cognitive services) related tools & technology.
* Develop high-quality code ( adhering to SOLID principles) with plenty of test coverage and code quality.
* Work with different teams and help them in optimizing their development, and experience of delivery, so you and the team can be as productive as possible and regularly deploy to
* Production.
* Coach and mentor junior/senior developers, guide technical designs, and provide constructive code reviews so everyone can grow and learn alongside you.
Key Skills:
* Experience in a technical leadership role.
* Strong ability to understand the architecture of products and requirements and implement them simply and efficiently.
* Solid foundation in system architecture, Azure APIM, and software design with strong analytical and debugging skills.
* Hands-on experience in designing and developing complex, scalable, fault-tolerant, high-performance microservices for SaaS platforms.
* Strive to push forward our Serverless tech vision and are an advocate for engineering best Practices.
* Experience in technical leadership and guiding other developers to improve product quality and team efficiency.
* Experience working in Agile development and knowledge of Scrum and Kanban.
* Experience in providing the solution to various use cases/ business problems using various cloud services like AWS and Azure to build enterprise-level applications.
* Basic knowledge of single page applications with React/Angular and working with backend services using Node JS/Typescript.
Required Experience:
1. Microservices Experience:
* Experience in implementing microservice architecture on Azure cloud service
* Microservices architecture pattern while adopting a microservices approach.
2. Monoliths to Microservices Transition:
* Experience in transition from a monolithic to a microservices architecture. Handle the challenges in transition & overcome them.
* Deciding which parts of a monolith should be broken into microservices, and what factors to consider in making this decision.
3. Language Proficiency:
* Should have experience with MERN stack. Capability to choose right language that is well-suited for microservices development for a specific feature with best practices that’s crucial in this context.
4. Event-Driven Architectures:
* Experience in event-driven approach and expertise in significantly improving system performance or scalability.
5. Cloud Experience
* Having a thorough knowledge of Azure Cloud Service.
* Experience migrating from AWS to Azure Cloud service or know equivalent services available on Azure compared to AWS.
* Having working experience on Azure AI services, like Azure AI search, Azure Open AI, Document Intelligence, QnA maker, Azure function, etc.
6. Serverless Experience:
* Experience in using serverless architecture
7. Scalability and Performance :
* Experienced in addressing scalability concerns when designing and implementing microservices architectures. Especially have experience in successfully scaling a system horizontally.
* Having experience on implementing good strategies to optimize the performance of distributed systems, particularly in a microservices environment.
8. Monitoring and Debugging:
* Experience in monitoring and debugging in a microservices and serverless environment. Provisioning visibility into the system's behaviour and performance.
9. S ecurity in Microservices:
* Handling security challenges in a microservices architecture, especially during the transition from AWS to Azure or monoliths to Azure.
* Security considerations while implementing microservice architecture & event-driven systems.

Salary
The target salary for this role ranges from $22,000 to $44,000 per year plus variable incentives. The salary offered will be determined based on the successful candidate’s relevant experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities.
