Job Description:
We are looking for a skilled professional to fill the role of SAP SuccessFactors Key User. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in this area, as well as knowledge of LGPD and compliance. BPM - Business Process Modeling experience is also highly desirable.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide expertise on SAP SuccessFactors implementation and configuration
* Develop and maintain business processes related to HR sub-processes such as Recruitment & Onboarding
* Conduct business analysis to identify areas for improvement and propose changes to business processes, IT implementations, and/or operations
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation and adoption of SAP SuccessFactors
* Ensure alignment with company policies and procedures
Requirements:
* Previous experience as SAP SuccessFactors Key User
* LGPD or compliance experience
* BPM - Business Process Modeling experience
* Spanish language proficiency (desired)

Degree Requirements:
* Graduated or higher
* Provided evidence of experience gained working with HR sub-processes such as Recruitment & Onboarding during the past 5 years or Participated in an implementation of SAP SuccessFactors EC
* Strong knowledge of end-to-end HR process in SAP SuccessFactors
* Demonstrated ability to adapt to and utilize cultural differences when assessing processes
* Being hands-on and a good team player
* Able to take the initiative, demonstrate confidence in own abilities, adapt well, and work in a structured way
* Identify risks regarding the functional solution from a business analysis perspective and proposes changes in business processes, IT implementations, and/or operations when necessary
* Able to propose solutions to problems/risks
* Fluent in English
