Amazon's transportation teams work to ensure the delivery of packages globally for customers around the world. Whether it's large or small, we find solutions to make sure we are delivering on our promise for customers.
Our Transportation Operations team is seeking an EDSP Communications Coordinator to join our Brazil Transportation team. EDSPs are External Delivery Service Providers, which means third-party operated Delivery Stations that use Amazon tools and technology to deliver Amazon packages through different regions of the country. We've started this year with 110 operational nodes of EDSPs in Brazil operated by 13 different partners, and our plan is to more than double the number of nodes, improving even more the capillarity of the program in our continental country.
The EDSP Communications Coordinator will be the single source of truth for EDSPs, strategic partners, and our internal stakeholders. This role is responsible for mechanisms to communicate with EDSP partners and tracks the success of the communication through engagement and sentiment metrics.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop communication strategies and mechanisms for the EDSP Program, creating and distributing partner and stakeholder communications.
* Facilitate cross-functional communication, ensuring consistency of information across channels.
* Analyze communication effectiveness, monitor engagement metrics, generate performance reports, and recommend improvements based on metrics.
* Enhance stakeholder engagement strategies.
* Work on continuous improvement initiatives, including benchmarks with other geos.
Requirements
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
* Experience in a highly analytical, results-oriented environment with cross-functional interactions.
* Knowledge of Excel at an intermediate level (e.g., pivot tables & charts, multiple criteria lookups, nested logical/IF formulas, data cleansing, array formulas, etc.).
* Speak, write, and read fluently in English.
* Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
* Experience in requirement gathering and ability to write clear and detailed requirement documents.
* Experience in Logistics and Transportation.
