We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting customers, resolving inquiries, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional manner. Provide accurate information about products/services, pricing, and policies. Handle and resolve customer complaints efficiently and courteously. Process orders, returns, and exchanges as needed. Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions. Collaborate with internal teams to address customer needs. Follow company guidelines and procedures to ensure high-quality service. Requirements: B2/C2 Portuguese Language High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred). Prior experience in customer service, sales, or a related field is a plus. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure. Excellent problem-solving skills and a positive attitude. Availability to work flexible shifts, including weekends, if needed.
