As **Program Manager**, you will be responsible to ensure business-focused, efficient, and successful management of product development in a multi-project R&D organization, using common framework and processes for project management.
What will you do?
- Manage assigned projects end to end to deliver the right product, on time and on budget, with expected quality and following established project management framework.
- Develop and manage end-to-end project plans
- Monitor and control project deliverables.
Make recommendations and adjustments to the overall project plan to achieve deliverables,
- Understand project interdependencies and demonstrate critical thinking to proactively identifies project risks and establish effective risk mitigation from the outset.
- Be an excellent communicator with great stakeholder management skills
- Demonstrate excellent Interpersonal skills, including relationship building and collaboration within a diverse, cross-functional team
- Provide technical project leadership to the teams, drive closure of technical issues
- Motivate and guide highly technical engineers & developers removing roadblocks to ensure they can deliver.
- Drive flow optimization and overall continuous improvement in project.
To be successful in the role you must have
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science / Engineering or a related technical discipline
- Be PMP or Agile CSM certified or working towards it.
- Minimum 5 years in product development, preferably in telecom or other high technology industry
- 5+ years of work experience as a Project Manager or Scrum Master role
- Sound knowledge of Agile and Lean Development methodologies
- Experience leading cloud native product development
- Experience in projects delivered via CI/CD (Continuous Integration Continuous Delivery)
- Strong ability to see big picture and focus on important details in pragmatic and result-oriented way
- Self-motivated, with positive attitude and drive to solve problems and expand knowledge
- Thrive on accountability, overcoming challenges with a can-do demeanor
- English proficiency and communication and presentation skills
