ROLE:
The main mission of this role is to create, implement, and manage theCommercial Departmentof TEPPE Group in Portugal.
The selected candidate will be responsible for defining and executing the commercial strategy toincrease revenue and strengthen the company's positionin the Portuguese market, particularly inluxury real estate and investment-based citizenship programs, such as theGolden Visa .
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
Reporting directly to the CEO, the Commercial Director will be responsible for:
Creating and structuring the Commercial Department;
Recruiting, training, and overseeing the commercial team, establishing internal processes and fostering a high-performance and collaborative culture;
Defining and implementing the commercial strategy with short-, medium-, and long-term sales objectives, along with action plans to achieve them;
Maintaining and strengthening relationships with existing clients, ensuring personalized support and top-tier service;
Negotiating and closing commercial agreements, offering tailored solutions to meet client needs;
Prospecting for new clients and potential investors, focusing on luxury real estate and investment-based citizenship programs;
Conducting market research to identify trends, opportunities, and risks in the sector;
Implementing and monitoring KPIs and reporting systems;
Analyzing the market to identify growth opportunities and target segments;
Representing the company at industry events, trade fairs, and conferences to promote TEPPE brand image and expand the business network;
Ensuring effective communication across departments to align commercial actions with the company's overall strategy.
SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Sales Management, Marketing, or a related field;
Proven experience as a Commercial Director or similar role, with strong expertise in setting up and structuring a sales department;
Mandatory experience in the luxury real estate sector, with in-depth knowledge of investment-based citizenship programs, such as the Golden Visa;
Expertise in market research and competitive analysis;
Strong understanding of financial metrics and key performance indicators in commercial management;
Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and unify teams;
Strategic decision-making skills, with the ability to set clear objectives and evaluate performance;
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills;
Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build lasting relationships with clients and partners;
Analytical mindset and problem-solving abilities to develop creative and effective solutions;
Proactivity and results-driven approach;
Ability to adapt to a dynamic work environment and manage pressure effectively;
Knowledge of Portuguese is a plus.
