**Responsabilidades e atribuições**
With goal of becoming #1 flip flop brand in the US, this position will be supporting the product team with item management, go-to-market initiatives, and cross-functional product requests.
- ** Manage Product Processes and Item Master Data from end-to-end**:
- Manage item master data files according to both global and local attributes, providing recommendations on necessary improvements and changes, collaborating with IT and Operations teams.
- Ensure codes are received on-time and correctly (attribute files, material files, and copy files) from Global team and other interfaces.
- Actively identify opportunities for efficiencies, automation, standardization and ways to simplify processes
- Work on reports and suggest improvements to maximize operating efficiency
- Manage item master data upload to SAP, which requires the below tasks:
- Manual upload; Backend upload
- Audit, error correction
- Maintenance
- Manage NuOrder item integration, which requires the below tasks:
- Image upload
- Codes Upload
- Audit + Maintenance
- Manage GXS upload, which requires the below tasks:
- Item Data upload
- UPC/NRF (barcodes) file maintenance
- Systems maintenance
- Support DTC launch operations in corresponding systems
- ** Support Wholesale Merchandising duties**:
- Manage selling tools including, but not limited to:
- Catalogs & Digital Showroom
- Product Information & Copy
- Product Certification
- Samples
- Run point for NuOrder/GXS and other Sales support systems and lead project management
- Coordinate regularly with sales team to organize product and merchandising needs
- Assist sales meeting preparation and execution
- Track product availability by liaising with Operations team and Sales team
- Collaborate with B2B team for all other miscellaneous product initiatives and requests
**Requisitos e qualificações**
- Expert knowledge and ability of MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint), G Suite (Sheets, Slides), and/or other data management software
- Proficient and agile in systems management with previous experience strongly encouraged
- Proficient in ERP systems, SAP preferred
- Ability to manage multiple projects, clear time management and prioritization skills
- Ability to work effectively and collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
- Deadline and results driven with a strong sense of urgency
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
- Highly motivated and self-directed, able to prioritize and manage completing tasks within deadlines.
- Positive, enthusiastic and compassionate team player with strong work ethic and interest in growing with the company.
- Strong customer focus and highly analytical; able to translate learnings into action.
- Team player, able to build strong partnerships with sales, marketing, creative, retail partners and supply chain as well as outside partners.
- Will serve the Havaianas operation in NA&C allocated in Brazil
- Fluent English is essential
