Job Title: Account Manager / Strategic Growth Partner
Position Overview: The Strategic Growth Partner is responsible for overseeing the complete sales and recruitment lifecycle with the client, ensuring efficient client management from lead to onboarding. This role focuses on taking initial discovery calls, understanding client job description needs, delivering service, maintaining organized workflows, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve client satisfaction and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities
Client-Focused Responsibilities:
1. Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients during the sales and recruitment process, ensuring clear communication and timely updates.
2. Being knowledgeable on pricing, job descriptions, and long-term planning to build strong relationships with the client.
3. Conduct structured follow-ups at key milestones (e.g., after Discovery Calls, during recruitment phases) to ensure client satisfaction and alignment.
4. Gather and analyze client feedback regarding the recruitment process and provide actionable insights.
5. Manage client expectations and address concerns promptly during the recruitment phase.
Candidate-Focused Responsibilities:
1. Develop a comprehensive initial job description that provides clear guidelines and expectations for the recruitment team. This description should outline the key responsibilities, qualifications, and skills required for the role, ensuring that it serves as a reliable foundation for the recruitment efforts.
2. Help vetting and shortlisting candidates for client review.
3. Organize and facilitate candidate interviews, ensuring client readiness through detailed instructions and guidelines.
Operational Responsibilities:
1. Collaborate with Recruitment and HR teams to ensure timely and efficient delivery of services, including handoffs for new roles or clients.
2. Maintain comprehensive records of client interactions, feedback, and performance metrics for continuous improvement.
3. Be a part of Ruling Meetings with recruiters to evaluate candidate viability and finalize shortlists.
4. Oversee and streamline the contract and payment processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
5. Facilitate the transition of clients to HR Consultants for ongoing role management once hiring is complete.
6. Propose and implement process improvements, including automation and documentation updates.
Recurring Tasks:
Client-Facing Tasks
1. Schedule and conduct follow-ups post-Discovery Call.
2. Facilitate hiring processes, including sending General Contract and Payment documentation, providing onboarding recommendations, and ensuring smooth transitions.
3. Handle new hiring processes, ensuring a smooth process as needed.
Internal Operational Tasks:
1. Collaborate on the creation and refinement of processes, automation, and internal documentation.
2. Support cross-departmental initiatives by sharing information, managing exceptional cases, and contributing to training materials.
3. Develop and maintain organizational policies and internal guides.
4. Conduct regular check-ins with recruiters to address day-to-day topics and ensure alignment.
Qualifications and Skills:
1. Proven experience in sales, or client relationship management.
2. Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
3. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
4. Proficiency in CRM systems, scheduling tools, and communication platforms.
5. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
6. Analytical mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and results.
Language Requirement:
1. C2 Level of English Proficiency.
Reporting and Collaboration:
1. Reports to the Sales Manager.
2. Collaborates closely with recruiters, HR Consultants, and marketing teams.
3. Serves as a liaison between clients and internal teams to ensure seamless communication and process execution.
4. Conduct annual reviews to reflect on performance metrics and plan for future needs.
Performance Metrics:
1. Number of leads successfully converted to clients.
2. Timeliness and accuracy in the recruitment process and offboarding activities.
3. Client satisfaction during the process and after onboarding.
4. Successful placement rates and feedback from clients.
Salary and Benefits:
1. Weekly Payment in USD or Local Currency according to your preference.
2. Commission structure available on top of base salary.
3. 100% remote position.
4. 10 days of paid time off annually.
