Job Summary As a Revenue Operations Specialist/Manager, you will be responsible for developing and managing the data structures and processes that support revenue operations across sales, marketing and customer success. Key ResponsibilitiesExpand and maintain a master lead list in HubSpot, utilizing enrichment tools like Clay Manage lead distribution across marketing and sales teamsDevelop data structures and processes to provide insights into key metrics for leadership and individual contributorsTrain peers and colleagues to follow relevant processesCalculate monthly commissions accuratelyBuild and maintain reports and dashboards to support revenue operationsEnsure accurate data synchronization across multiple systems, including CRM and product data integrationTroubleshoot issues with revenue-related systems and software tools Minimum Qualifications 3+ years of experience in CRM management, particularly with tools like HubSpot Marketing, HubSpot CRM, and experience in supporting sales teams Proficiency in Clay (clay.com), Google Sheets, Excel, Zapier, and familiarity with Webflow (preferred)Strong analytical and problem-solving skillsFamiliarity with SQL and basic programming or low-code platforms such as Make or N8NExperience supporting outbound teams (cold calling and cold emailing)Experience managing billing and invoicing processes Previous experience working with remote teams English fluency Proactive mindset, excellent communication skills, and a strong ability to both give and receive feedback Ideal Qualifications Experience in SaaS and remote work Advanced HubSpot certification or expertise Proven track record of implementing successful data-driven strategies Compensation and Benefits Salary of $2,500 - $4,000 per month depending on experience and qualifications Paid time-off Significant professional growth opportunity Remote work Working Hours8:30 AM - 4:30 PM Mountain Standard Time (US)
