You will be at the intersection ofdeveloper experience, tooling, and engineering productivity, ensuring that VTEX remains at the forefront of software development in commerce.
What You Will DoDefine and execute along-term strategyfor software development products, including front-end and back-end services.
Partner with engineering and product leads to buildroadmapsfor a best-in-classsoftware engineering toolkitto maximize developer productivity.
Driveobservability and tooling investments, including vendor management and selection.
Balanceshort-term enhancementswithlong-term strategic goals, ensuring alignment with business and engineering needs.
MakeBuild vs. Buydecisions to optimize VTEX’s developer experience and platform capabilities.
Who You AreAt least3 years of experience as a Software Development Engineer .
Experience as aSenior Technical Product Manageris a plus but not required.
Passion forindustry researchand advocacy fortechnical best practices .
Familiarity withGitHubor other modern CI/CD systems.
Experience withmonitoring platformslike CloudWatch, Datadog, ELK, and New Relic, with the ability to analyze system data and logs.
Excitement totest, build, and evangelizenew software development technologies that enhance VTEX and its ecosystem.
Strongcommunication, organizational, stakeholder management, and analytical skills .
