Responsibilities
Responsible for pre-sales support of international business projects, prepare project solutions, respond to customer RFPs, participate in bidding and bidding, answer customer inquiries, technical exchanges, and provide comprehensive business support.
Provide support during project implementation and assist delivery managers in solution implementation issues.
Before signing the order, output solution cost assessment; after signing the order, coordinate in-sales risk control
Prepare solutions for support needs proposed by companies in various countries around the world, and assist the company in completing the construction of a global support capability system.QualificationsFluent English
Full-time undergraduate or above in computer/communication related majors;
Familiar with fixed-line communication field knowledge (OSI layer 1 to 3), ICT solutions, cloud solutions, security services and related software and hardware, experience and ability to deploy and test solutions for customers on-site, and understand innovative technologies such as transmission, switching, hybrid cloud, Internet of Things, and smart city related services.
More than 3-5 years of experience in communication or ICT solution design and implementation, with project management or field engineering experience preferred.
CCNP/CCIE or equivalent certificates are preferred, and those holding CISSP, ACP/ACE or AWS advanced certifications are preferred.
