Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
1. Conduct Web Analytics Analyses: Transform insights into business recommendations and opportunities (improvements, A/B testing, personalization, CRO).
2. Monitor Campaign Media Results: Collaborate with agencies and analyze how these results affect user behavior/navigation within the platforms.
3. Ensure Data Quality: Maintain data quality within strict protocols.
4. Suggest Improvements for Web Analytics Tagging: Monitor and suggest improvements for web analytics tagging on clients' websites.
5. Partner with Test & Learn Teams: Partner with Adobe Target and Audience teams to accomplish objectives based on global KPIs.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Marketing, Advertising or related fields, or equivalent experience.
* Technical knowledge of web analytics, digital marketing, and digital media.
* Skills: Organization; excellent verbal and written communication; time management skills; attention to detail; ability to use data to make business recommendations and evaluate results; ability to proactively solve problems and develop original ideas, approaches, and solutions.
* Language proficiency: Advanced Portuguese and English, Intermediate Spanish.
* Experience: 1-2 years in data strategy, marketing, advertising, working closely with agencies and partners.
* Software and tools knowledge: Adobe or Google Analytics, MS Office.
